Anne of Green Gables Opens at Peterborough Players
Classic Children’s Story Beloved by All Ages
Peterborough, NH (August 17, 2009) – The Peterborough Players Second Company presents Anne of Green Gables, opening Saturday, August 22 at 2 p.m. This beloved children’s classic, dramatized by Joseph Robinette from the book by L. M. Montgomery, includes traditional and popular music of the period, arranged by Ellen Mandel.
Gus Kaikkonen directs the Second Company, a stellar group of interns and apprentices, who bring the story of this spunky redhead to life.
